Your assignment this week is to build a guest review system using all the skills we have learned so far (PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.)

Details:

Jack and Jill recently had their car serviced at a small town car repair shop while travelling on vacation.

They wanted to post a review for the repair shop, but it did not have an online web page.

Online reviews are one of the ways that many people talk about their experience with a service provider.

Help this small town car repair shop by creating an online review website for them.

At a minimum, the review form should collect the following information:

• Name, Email, Rating (1-5 stars), Review (no more than 200 words).
• When posted, the contents should be saved to a database.
• Create a page that allows the shop owners to check the reviews.

Please upload the following screenshots:

• SQL used to create the table (10 points)
• SQL used to retrieve the data (10 points)
• Form page where guests enter a review (15 points)
• Action page (the php page that gets called when guests click submit) (25 points)
• Page where owner checks the review (with at least 5 reviews) (25 points)
• Submitting assignment on time (5 points)
• Proper use of bootstrap theme (10 points)
